During the third quarter of 2024, the hypercasual gaming market in Argentina witnessed varied performance across the top 5 games on a unified platform. Here’s a closer look at the trends for each game based on data from Sensor Tower.

Block Blast!, published by Hungry Studio, demonstrated a steady decline in weekly downloads, starting from approximately 64.3K in early July and decreasing to about 41.4K by the end of September. Despite the drop in downloads, weekly active users remained relatively high, peaking at around 326K mid-quarter before tapering off to 262K.

Manage Supermarket Simulator, by Zego Global Pte, started the quarter with impressive download numbers, peaking at over 112K in mid-July. However, by the end of September, downloads dwindled to just above 2.1K. Revenue experienced a gradual decline, starting at $149 and dropping to zero by mid-September. The game also saw a steady drop in active users from 216K to around 164K.

My Supermarket Simulator 3D by Game District LLC, showed a positive trajectory in both downloads and revenue. Starting with 7.6K downloads in mid-July, the game surged to over 101K by the end of September. Revenue followed a similar upward trend, starting at $62 in late July and reaching $755 at the end of September. Active users increased significantly, starting from 7.4K and reaching over 241K by the quarter's end.

Vita Mahjong from Vita Studio saw fluctuations in downloads but ended the quarter on a high note, increasing from approximately 49.8K in early July to about 67.9K by September's end. Revenue remained minimal throughout the quarter, with a few small spikes. Active users showed a consistent upward trend, increasing from 77.4K to 194K.

Wood Screw Puzzle, also by Zego Global Pte, experienced a decline in downloads from 45.8K in early July to 15.4K by the end of September. Revenue fluctuated slightly throughout the quarter, peaking at $219 in mid-July and ending at $70. However, active users remained relatively stable, hovering around 306K towards the end of the quarter.
